Cancellation Policy


Free Cancellation Policy & Refunds

  • Each tour has its own specific refund and free cancellation terms based on factors like tour type (transportation, semi-private, private, shared) and group size. We encourage you to carefully review the detailed policy on your tour's booking page before making a reservation

  • You can request a cancellation in two ways:

    • Log into your order confirmation page and select "Cancel Order"

    • Contact our customer service team with your booking reference number

  • All approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method for your security and convenience

    Please note: If you cancel past the free cancellation date, a deduction may be applied to the original amount.

Cancellation by SAFE VOYAGES

We may cancel tours due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions that could impact your safety or significantly affect your experience

  • Safety concerns including but not limited to local conditions or travel advisories

  • Operational reasons such as vehicle maintenance or guide availability

  • Insufficient participants to meet minimum group requirements

  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control

    You'll receive a full refund for any tour we cancel, typically processed within 5-7 business days.

No Refunds If:

  • You miss the departure time - our tours operate on strict schedules to ensure the best experience for all guests

  • Leave the tour early by choice or personal circumstance

  • Choose not to attend due to weather (most tours run in various weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by our team)

  • Decide to leave the designated tour transportation for any reason

  • Fail to present required documentation (ie tour confirmation or tour ticket) at the start of your tour.
